What to Expect

Our two weekend services at 9:00 and 11:00 am are identical. They last just over an hour. We will spend time singing, praying and opening the Bible together. From start to finish our aim is to glorify God in all we do.

What should I wear?

Whatever you normally wear. We are more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. At Providence you’ll see nearly every style of clothing.

How do I get there?

Our building is easy to find at 5625 Preston Rd, right in the heart of Frisco. You will find a map and directions on the Map and Services page.

Where do I go when I first arrive ?

We have a large counter in the center of the main lobby where we offer coffee, and there you will find helpful people who can answer your questions. If you require wheelchair access, designated parking or seating, directions to our accessible restrooms, or additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

What about my kids?

Providence Kids provides care and instruction for ages newborn to fifth grade. You will find a children’s registration desk located in our main lobby with friendly people to help walk you through registering your child.

What if my children need me while I’m in the service?
Each week when your child checks in Providence Kids you will receive a security code. If your child needs you during the service, your child’s code will appear on the screens in the sanctuary.

What happens after the service?

If you have questions or need any information after the service, we have a welcome center on the way out of the sanctuary. Some of our pastoral staff and deacons are there to help serve you in any way possible.

What if I still have questions?

Call the church offices 469-362-1240 or email info@providencefrisco.com. We would love to serve you however we are able.
