God, thank you for giving us rest. You created us with limitations and command us to rest to remember You and all You provide. Help us rest in You today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Choose an activity to do together as you rest as a family. 

Here are some ideas for family activities: Go fishing, collect acorns on a walk through your neighborhood, play a game like the Floor is Lava in your house trying to get from one side to the other without touching the floor.
